Bennett Napier has been involved with dental related associations in an executive capacity since 1994. He holds a Master of Science degree in Applied American Politics and Policy from Florida State University and has completed additional graduate work at the Georgia Institute of Technology and the Institute of World Politics.

Bennett leads a staff team of forty professionals across multiple states. The organization has been raked as a “Best Company to Work for in Florida” by Florida Trend Magazine fourteen times.
