Blake Hibray is the Founder and President of Sevaredent, a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) he launched in 2019 to help DSOs strengthen their supply chain, sourcing, and procurement strategies. For five years he wore two hats simultaneously, serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Affordable Care (2019–2024), one of the country's largest dental support organizations, while standing up Sevaredent on the side.

He's also a self-confessed "Lab Rat" — though of a different variety. With a degree in Microbiology, Blake spent his early career elbow-deep in petri dishes and pipettes, so he knows firsthand that every "lab" has its dirtier, less glamorous side. That bench-science foundation shaped how he thinks today: methodical, evidence-driven, and unafraid of the messy details.

His career spans three industries with a common thread of operational rigor. Life science R&D, healthcare, and dental, giving him a perspective on the dental lab market that draws on disciplines well beyond it. Originally from Iowa and Wisconsin and a longtime resident of St. Louis, Blake and his wife Linda have called Wake Forest, NC home since 2019. Outside of work, he's a kayaker, a traveler, and an unapologetic history and genealogy junkie.
