Co- Owner and Vice President, Nowak Dental Supplies

Brandi Nowak Dalton is co-owner of Nowak Dental Supplies, a 82 year old family owned company that she runs alongside her brother Shawn. She has been married for 21 years to her husband Jeff and has 2 children.  When she is not at work or building something new with AI, you can usually find her running between cheer practice, taekwondo, and gymnastics with her kids. Even with a full schedule, she makes time to give back by serving on the Dental Lab Advisory Board for the MATC Curriculum Department in Milwaukee and as the event coordinator for the Mimsey Foundation.

Beyond running the family business, Brandi has become Nowak's resident AI builder, and honestly, a little obsessed. What started as curiosity about how artificial intelligence could help her company keep up with the giants quickly turned into late nights, full notebooks, and a whole lot of "just one more thing I want to try." She has made a sales rep dashboard, a custom MCP server that ties together NetSuite, HubSpot, Slack, and a handful of other tools, and the LabFest app itself!

Through her social series Brandi's AI Corner, she shares practical tools and honest lessons with anyone curious enough to listen. More than anything, she loves teaching people what she has learned along the way and wants to make AI feel a whole lot less scary for the rooms full of folks who are ready to dive in.
