Rob Nazzal
Owner and CEO, icortica
Rob Nazzal has been passionate about technology since he taught himself to program at age six. That curiosity led him to Cornell University, where he earned a degree in Computer Science Engineering, and then into the world of tech startups, where he spent years building high-performing teams before finding his home in the dental industry.
Over a 20-year career in dental, Rob has founded and led companies that have shaped how labs work and grow. He co-founded Custom Automated Prosthetics (CAP), a digital manufacturing company that was acquired by Henry Schein. Before that, he served as Senior Director of Operations at Brontes Technologies, an intraoral scanner company acquired by 3M.
Today, Rob is the Founder and CEO of icortica, a software company that helps dental laboratories grow by turning their customer data into clear, actionable insights. He has worked with over 1,500 labs to help them grow.
Rob is widely recognized in the industry as a visionary and go-to resource on leadership, customer service, and technology. His approach to building successful companies comes down to three core beliefs: build a great team, develop easy to use products and services to solve real problems, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
