Sasha Der Avanessian is the founder and CEO of Harvest Dental, a California-based dental products brand sold in over 70 countries. Starting from a two-car garage, Harvest has won multiple product design awards and was named 2023 NADL Supplier of the Year.

Sasha leads Harvest’s brand strategy across all touchpoints, including product design, customer experience and market positioning. Sasha also hosts Entrepreneur Insight, a solo podcast on entrepreneurship, brand strategy, and leadership. He was named one of the Top 10 Most Influential People in Dental Technology by IDT Magazine.
